T's Smokehouse & Grill is a Restaurant and Catering Service located in downtown Silverton, Colorado with a large dog friendly outdoor dining area. We specialize in Hickory Smoked Bar-B-Que, Southern/ Creole/Cajun Fare and the Best Bread Pudding around! 

T's was started in Durango July of 2010 by Chris & Sherrie Martin and Tom Hamilton. In May of 2025 we moved our restaurant to Silverton, where we are open seasonally from May-October. The goal of T's is to provide an atmosphere that reflects the two places the Martin's call home, both being Chefs from New Orleans we wanted to offer something different and affordable with what we miss the most from home,THE FOOD!  We strive to provide the best food, beer, specialty frozen drinks and artwork from both Louisiana and Colorado. Not only is our menu unique, we have the largest selection of Abita Beer in Southwest Colorado!
